STRICTLY ACCOUNTANTS CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY BACKGROUND ONLY ONLY ONLY IN DUBAI. ONLY IN DUBAIWalk-in interviews
Key Responsibilities:
• HAVING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CONSTRUCTION HEADS & LEDGERS.
• Maintain accurate CONSTRUCTION company financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable only with knowledge of CONSTRUCTION industry.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts only for CONSTRUCTION company.
• Prepare financial statements and reports, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements only for CONSTRUCTION company.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for CONSTRUCTION company.
• Handle tax filings and compliance with local, state, and federal laws for CONSTRUCTION company.
• Conduct audits and ensure internal controls are followed for CONSTRUCTION company.
• Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and analysis.

Required Qualifications:
• HAVING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CONSTRUCTION HEADS & LEDGERS
• Proven experience as an accountant with CONSTRUCTION company.
• Proficiency in accounting ERP package for CONSTRUCTION company.
• Strong knowledge of CONSTRUCTION ledgers.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required in CONSTRUCTION field.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in CONSTRUCTION ledgers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for feeding accurate ledgers.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
