Responsibilities :
Negotiate shipping rates with carriers.
Prepare and file export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
Issuing the Job Orders for each Booking.
Handling shipments with customs clearance and Inland contractors.
Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations
Selecting the best air, sea and land freight agents with the best freight.
Follow-up e-mails with the shipping line and agents.
Coordination and following up Site Operations for Job Orders.
Tracking sheets for shipments and site.
- Job Requirements
2-5 years of experience in export and Import operations.
Must have good experience and background in import & distribution.
Expertise in import/export regulations and procedures
Experience with customs documentation and procedures
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
