Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient and effective handling of products and materials. This role involves coordinating inventory, managing warehouse staff, and implementing best practices to optimize warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
Conduct regular inventory audits and assist in stock rotation.
Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs.
Warehouse Operations:
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Implement and maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
Staff Coordination:
Supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and productivity.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and warehouse activities.
Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance metrics to management.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and propose solutions.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Walk-in interviews
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field are welcome to apply.
Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
