Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service via calls and other communication platforms.
Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
Maintain and update records using Google Sheets and other relevant tools.
Collaborate effectively with the team and adapt to flexible work schedules.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proficient in computer applications, especially Google Sheets and Excel.
Flexibility in working hours and ability to multitask effectively.
Knowledge of medical terminology or background is a plus.
Prior experience in data entry, call centers, or customer service.
Must be immediately available to join.
