About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our store, ensuring efficient stock management, organization, and accurate inventory tracking. As a key member of the team, the Store Incharge will be responsible for managing store activities, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and effectively within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and products.
Maintain accurate records and maintain reports of stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and assist in inventory audits.
Ensure the proper handling of goods and ensure that items are properly stored and labeled.
Collaborate with other departments (such as production and purchasing) to ensure timely availability of materials.Walk-in interviews
Manage and train store staff (if applicable) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
Requirements:
3 to 4 years of experience working in a store or warehouse environment, preferably within an industrial setting (e.g., factories, manufacturing plants).
Familiarity with inventory control processes and stock management in industrial contexts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel, for tracking inventory, creating reports, and managing data.
Basic knowledge of scaffolding and related materials and equipment.
