Call Center Operator for Dropshipping Business
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and product details.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Provide updates on order status and tracking information.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth resolution of escalated issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a call center operator or in a similar customer service role.
Familiarity with dropshipping processes and platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
