A leading Food Company in JAFZA is looking for Personal Assistant to Chairman.

PREFERRABLY FILIPINO ONLY!!

* must be 25 TO 30 years old
* must be fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
* Salary will be discussed upon interview.

Job Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible to assist our Chairman and BOD for running business, office and personal errands, managing and maintaining diaries, organizing meetings, and appointments and assisting in creating a minutes of meeting whenever necessary.
• You will be working with the administrative team to set up the conference room for important meeting and assisting with creating outgoing correspondence.
• You will be required to assist other departments. Complete invoices and documentation for import-export and IMDAAD skip booking.

Salary will be discussed upon interview.
