We are dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients and maintaining the highest standards in our operations. We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our team and help manage our financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Payment Collection: Manage client payment collections and ensure timely follow-ups.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and maintain the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient operational liquidity.
Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and reconcile petty cash accounts.
Receipts and Invoices: Generate, issue, and record invoices and receipts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Day-to-Day Transactions: Record and oversee daily financial transactions in Zoho Books or other relevant accounting software.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing reports related to expenses, revenue, and cash flow for management.
Compliance: Ensure financial operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
Support: Assist the finance manager with any additional tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:Walk-in interviews
Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role (real estate experience is a plus).
Familiarity with Zoho Books or other accounting software.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
