Role: Admin/HR Assistant
Location: Silicon Oasis, SIT Tower, Office 1610, Dubai, UAEWalk-in interviews
Joining Date: Immediately
Key Responsibilities
???? Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
???? Assist with recruitment, including job postings and candidate screening.
???? Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
???? Support payroll processing and HR documentation.
???? Manage real estate contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
???? Maintain transaction records and client details.
???? Assist with invoicing, payments, and tracking financial records.
???? Prepare commission sheets and support agents with expense reports.
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
? 1-2 years of experience in administrative or HR roles.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HR software is a plus.
