We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admin/HR Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative and HR functions and hands-on experience with ERP software.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations efficiently.
Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Ensure accurate data management and reporting using ERP software.
Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Coordinate office management tasks and support other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Walk-in interviews
Experience: 3-5 years in Admin/HR roles.
Proficiency in ERP software is a must.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
