Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and databases with accuracy.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Coordinate office supplies and ensure resources are well-stocked.
Support various departments with clerical tasks and special projects.
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
