Position: Real Estate Admin Staff
Location: Dubai, UAEWalk-in interviews

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and organize property listings, documents, and client databases.
* Coordinate schedules and appointments
* Prepare and process contracts, agreements, and other administrative paperwork.
* Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
* Provide general office support to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in real estate administration or a similar role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in [MS Office, CRM systems].
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Knowledge of real estate regulations and procedures is a plus.
