Strong knowledge of various types of paint, coatings, and finishes.
Familiarity with spray painting techniques and equipment.
Ability to accurately mix paints to match vehicle colors.
Knowledge of safety standards and practices in an auto body shop environment.
High attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
