Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at SMS Realty in Dubai. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent in the real estate industry. Day-to-day tasks include candidate screening, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and promoting a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 to 3 years Real Estate Experience
* Female applicant (preferred)
* Recruitment, Sourcing, and Talent Acquisition skills
* Experience in conducting interviews and candidate assessment
* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
