We are currently seeking dynamic professionals to join Neelkamal Group as Assistant Finance Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our finance department and ensuring the seamless operation of our accounting processes.
Remunerates :
Salary AED 6000 – AED 8000 based on Experience and caliber
Other benefits as per the UAE Law
Key Performance Indicators:
? Taxation compliances
? Timely completion of accounts
? Timely provision of data to bank and management
? Accounting control
Roles & Responsibilities:
Completion of account entries and reconciliation
Comprehensive monitoring of divisional accounting
Timely closing of accounts and accurate invoice preparation
Tax compliance and prompt submission of VAT returns
Tax control oversight
Liaison with all tax consultants for the entire group
Coordinate with departments for tax compliances
Timely collection of data from divisions and coordination for timely submission to consultants
Provide data and reports to management punctually
Preparation of various reports and MIS
Thorough monitoring of bank transactions and ensuring timely execution
Monthly JVs and intercompany reconciliation
Reviewing all transactions/payments before submission to Group FM
Monthly submission of trial balance and profit and loss accounts to Group FM
Keeping track of complete instructions from Group FM
Daily reporting on tasks assigned by Group FM
Any other tasks suitable to this profile, with additional responsibilities in the future
Revision of JD after the probation period
Walk-in interviews
Experience & Competency:
Immediate Joiner, available in the UAE
Qualified - Inter CA/B.Com/M.Com/MBA
Age: 30 Plus up to 45
Experience: 5 years, with 3 years local experience (can compromise for a suitable candidate)
Proficient in accounting and MIS
Strong command of Excel
Exceptional reporting skills
Team leader with experience in team management
