Job Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical).
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in handling confidential information with discretion.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role in the UAE.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Must have experience in reconciling receipts and basic accounting.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Must be willing to be assigned at Wilson Building, Al Jaffiliya, Bur Dubai office.
