Description
The Parking Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and operation of a parking facility, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and managing parking operators and valet.
Ensuring full compliance with local parking regulations and laws.
Overseeing maintenance and repairs of parking facilities and equipment.
Creating and implementing parking policies and procedures.
Monitoring parking lot occupancy and revenue generation.
Managing customer complaints and feedback.
Preparing financial and operational reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Prior experience working in a supervisory or management role in parking management.
Strong knowledge of local parking regulations and laws.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficient in the use of parking management software and technology.
Knowledge of Arabic Language is a Plus.
