We are seeking a proactive and skilled Office Administrator (Female) to join our team on a full-time basis, available to start immediately.

Location: ABU Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and internal communication.
Oversee and maintain e-commerce activities, including order processing, inventory management, and customer support.
Prepare and manage quotes and invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
Handle procurement tasks such as sourcing suppliers, negotiating deals, and managing inventory levels.
Coordinate global communications across various stakeholders.
Oversee shipping and logistics with carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and others.
Support sales activities by preparing reports, managing customer data, and assisting with lead management.
Ensure accurate maintenance of office records and compliance with company policies.
Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in office administration, invoicing, quoting, procurement, and e-commerce management.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience coordinating global communications and logistics with shipping carriers.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
