Description

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to technicians and clients. This role involves managing calls, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date records for installations and service activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot effectively.

Preferred Candidates with IT or Computer or Telecom Engineering background

Key Responsibilities

1. Call Management

Handle incoming calls from technicians, providing prompt and effective support.
Assist in troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and offering guidance on installations.
2. Device Reporting Assurance

Ensure that devices are properly reporting during the installation process and follow up as needed to resolve any discrepancies.
3. Data Management and Updates

Update platform data with information provided by technicians in real-time during installations.
Maintain and update the QAT Master List to reflect accurate installation information immediately after each installation.
Ensure the QAT Master List is consistently updated with completed installations.
4. Documentation and Record Keeping

Update the RMS Master List and ET Master List regularly, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
Verify the submission of worksheet papers and delivery notes by technicians within 24 hours of the activity.
5. Data Verification and Correction

Compare the data from technicians’ worksheets against Excel sheets and master lists.
Identify and correct discrepancies or mismatches to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
1–2 years of experience in customer support or technical support (preferred).
Experience with data entry and record management systems (preferred).
Skills and Competencies

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
