ELV System company in Sharjah is urgently looking for ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience.
Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of office management software or tools is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Office Management:
Ensure the office is well-organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement.
Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Communication:
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Relay messages and information promptly and accurately.
Assist in drafting and distributing official communications.
Team Support:
Provide assistance to team members with day-to-day tasks and projects.
Facilitate coordination between departments to ensure effective workflow.
