Description
Essentials:
At least 4-5 years' overall experience.
Must have at least 2-3 years' of UAE experience related to his field.
Must have the knowledge working in Building management, Facility Management, Residential management and NOT in a Construction company.
Must have strong skills in their work, and NOT as an assistant only.
Must be professional especially in their field and has the ability to decide on their own.
Must have experience handling technicians and can coordinate with the clients.
Must have computer skills.
Can be flexible and trustworthy.
Nationality: Preferred from southeast Asia.
Visa Status: Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid)
Passport should be valid for more than 6 months.
Driving License: Must have UAE D/L
Location: In Dubai, UAE, can come for Face to Face Interview in Dubai and is willing to take trial.
Age: between 30 – 45 years old
