Front Desk Admin Assistant with Social Media Management Experience
Part-Time: 4 days per week. 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Location: Cityland Mall, Wadi Al Safa 4, Dubai. (Beside Global Village)
We are looking for a Front Desk Admin Assistant who also has experience in social media management. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create engaging social media content to promote the business.
Respond to customer queries and messages across social media platforms.
Monitor and track social media interactions to ensure timely and professional responses.
Admin Duties:
Greet clients and provide excellent customer service.
Update lesson schedules and maintain accurate records.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office support.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience, especially in a front desk or client-facing role.
Experience in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
