Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit all necessary documents for company incorporation to government authorities (DED) and freezones.
Advise clients on company structure, visa options, and office/warehouse lease choices.
Handle all legal documents, including business proposals, board resolutions, and attestations.
Maintain strong relationships with government officials and freezone authorities.
Manage the incorporation timeline and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Stay updated on legal changes and government policies impacting the business.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in UAE company incorporation, amendments, and re-domiciliation.
Knowledge of legal structures and incorporation processes for mainland and freezones.
Strong communication skills with authorities and clients.
Ability to prepare and organize legal documentation.
