Nationwide Properties LLC - an award-winning real estate broker in AUH dedicated to the development of modern, sustainable real estate in the UAE. We are looking for an enthusiastic, target oriented, innovative Sales Agents recruiter to support the recruitment at Nationwide.Walk-in interviews
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed in meeting the deadline.
Responsibilities
· Source and post job ads to different job portals
· Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
· Conduct phone screening
· Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
· Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Qualifications
· own car preferred
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resource / Psychology / Admin or equivalent
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· At least 1-3 years’ experience in sourcing and recruitment
· Experience hiring for Real Estate sales agent is a must
