We are seeking a talented Revenue Manager to optimize revenue generation for our portfolio (Hotel Apartments).

Responsibilities:

Manage Properties: Oversee daily operations of short term rental (hotel apartments) including smooth check-ins, check-outs, housekeeping schedules, and maintenance coordination.
Maximize Listings: Create and manage property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms, ensuring they stand out to drive bookings and revenue.
Track Performance: Monitor bookings, occupancy rates, and revenue, sharing regular reports and suggestions for improvement.
To prepare weekly /monthly accurate short term/ hotel apartment revenue forecasts to assist business decisions.
Monitor and adjust pricing structures based on market conditions, demand patterns, and customer segmentation.
?Implement and manage revenue management systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What You’ll Bring:

Hands-on experience managing hotel apartments, short-term rentals.
Strong knowledge of platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com and other booking platforms.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A solid understanding of Dubai’s property / hotel apartment market and regulations.
Qualifications:

Walk-in interviews
Bachelor degree in hotel management.
2 years revenue and yield experience in the hospitality/ hotel apartment industry.
Understand the dynamics of regional & local markets, as well as local competitors and events
Proven experience in revenue management within the Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
?Experience in pricing optimization and demand forecasting.
Familiarity with property management software.
UAE Experience will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
