The internship duration is a minimum of 2 months, with the possibility of extension up to 6 months, and we are particularly interested in applications from recently graduated students sponsored on a student, spouse, or father's visa.

Job Responsibilities:
Patient Relationship Management:
· Engage with patients through various channels to address inquiries and provide assistance promptly and courteously.
· Ensure patient satisfaction by resolving issues and escalating complex cases to relevant departments for swift resolution.
· Maintain accurate patient records and update databases regularly.
Customer Care Services:
· Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and empathetically.
· Educate customers about healthcare services, policies, and procedures to enhance their understanding and experience.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics.
Administrative Support:
· Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating follow-ups, and managing documentation to facilitate seamless patient care.
· Conduct data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes to optimize efficiency.
Team Collaboration:
· Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, administrators, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and service delivery.
· Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance knowledge, skills, and professional development.
· Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by actively contributing to team initiatives and projects.
