Job Description
Retail Money Transfer Support (70%):
Define and document business requirements.
Manage user stories and product backlogs in Agile settings.
Coordinate with development teams for timely delivery.
Ensure smooth release processes, including production testing and validations.
Support compliance and analyze regulatory guidelines.
Swiftly address customer-related issues and incidents.
Project Management Support (30%):
Organize project updates with stakeholders.
Maintain project trackers and ensure timely deliverables.
Manage regulatory communications and governance materials.
Support audits and evolving project priorities.
Key Requirements
4–7 years of experience in payments and business analysis.
Expertise in money transfer systems and retail payments.
Proficiency in Azure, Agile methodologies, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines.
