Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical fields, including home care, childcare, old age care, dementia care, ophthalmology, neonatal ventilator, and medication administration. Knowledge of specimen collection processing, toddler care, physical examinations, and anatomy is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Coordinate patient care activities and manage nursing staff schedules.
Oversee patient assessments and create best care plans.
Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Receive and respond to patient inquiries and phone calls promptly and professionally.
Address patient queries in a timely and respectful manner to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in a UAE Home Healthcare
Strong knowledge with related field.
Ability to Handle interpret medical reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid Nursing license (DHA) and CPR certification.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
