Eco Facility Management LLC Requires for a Smart Energetic Female Executive Assistant / Office Manager / Client Relation .
Required Skills/Abilities: • Must have professional, collaborative demeanor. • Exceptional diplomacy skills required; willingness to give and receive constructive feedback in a respectful and wholistic manner. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills via email, memos, phone and drafting documents. • Ability to delegate tasks and provide guidance without micro-managing others. • Energetic but calming force in fast paced working environment. • Ability to work independently, be self-directed in priority setting and time management while valuing and able to work collaboratively within and across teams. • Ability to problem-solve in real time with creativity and tact. • Must have advanced proficiency in MS Office – WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in UAE
Visa Status: Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid) any one can join as soon as possible.
Passport should be valid for more than 6 months.
