Our company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Labor Camp Assistant to oversee the operations of our Labor Camp in SONAPUR, UAE. If you have a strong background in managing labor camps and are familiar with UAE regulations, we encourage you to apply.Walk-in interviews
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the Labor Camp.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Handle accommodation, food, and transport logistics for workers.
Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for all workers.
Manage camp records, including attendance and discipline issues.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and camp management staff.
Ensure workers' well-being, including addressing any grievances or concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be currently residing in the UAE.
8-10 years of experience in managing labor camps within the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing worker accommodations and welfare services.
Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
