Property Transactions: Manage property acquisitions, viewings, negotiations, and lease agreements from start to finish.
Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including developers, property owners, and legal professionals.
Client Support: Offer post-transaction support, ensuring client satisfaction and providing ongoing property management assistance.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate consultancy or sales, particularly with multinational clients.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of local and international property markets.
Ability to manage complex transactions with attention to detail.
Relevant real estate certifications preferred.
