As a PRO and Administrative Officer, your main responsibilities will be as the following:
Process trade licenses and liaise with DED/MOHRE for requirements.
Manage and schedule employee and company expiry documents.
Process, renew, and cancel visas, employment, and related documents.
Coordinate with utility providers and government departments, manage payments, and arrange services as required by the Operations Department.
Handle employee records, register companies and employees, and update via Al-Ansari.
Process contracts with other companies as required.
Working as part of the team to ensure the effective and efficient running of the activities.
Any other relevant jobs as assigned by the Managing Director.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field of study.
At least 1-3 years of experience - ideally in a PRO role.
Strong government communications (Arabic & English).
Knowledge of Documentation Management – preferrable.
Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing).
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge in business principles, business administration.
Proficient in relevant software applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
