Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. You will play a key role in managing property transactions, including buying, selling, leasing, and property management, across both residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Buying & Selling:
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment potential.
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Off-Plan & Secondary Projects:
Provide updates on new developments, track project timelines, and ensure transparency throughout the process.
Offer insights on current market trends, investment opportunities, and future project performance.
Property Management:
Oversee property management duties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and lease management.
Ensure properties are maintained in compliance with local regulations and owner specifications.
Property Leasing:
Facilitate property leasing for both residential and commercial clients.
Conduct property showings, negotiate lease terms, and assist clients with lease agreements.
Work closely with property owners to maximize rental income and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Marketing Research & Sales:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, property values, and potential opportunities.
Develop marketing strategies to promote property listings and attract prospective buyers and tenants.
Utilize social media, online platforms, and traditional marketing techniques to drive sales and leasing efforts.
Residential & Commercial Property Deals:
Specialize in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, providing personalized solutions based on client needs.
Support clients in finding ideal properties for investment, living, or business purposes.
Property Investment Consulting:
Provide clients with investment advice, analyzing current market conditions and potential returns on investment.
Assist with identifying high-potential properties for investors, offering strategies for maximizing portfolio value.
Legal Documentation Support:
Assist clients with preparing, reviewing, and understanding all legal documentation related to property transactions.
Advise clients on contractual obligations, terms, and conditions.
Mortgage Support:
Provide guidance on mortgage options, liaising with financial institutions to assist clients with securing financing for property transactions.
Help clients understand mortgage requirements, repayment plans, and potential impacts on their investment.
Walk-in interviews
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a related field.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including trends in both residential and commercial properties.
Expertise in property buying, selling, leasing, property management, and off-plan projects.
Familiarity with mortgage processes and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to conduct market research and identify opportunities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A real estate license is preferred (where applicable).
Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
Fluency in English, Hindi, Urdu.
