Realty Solutions Real Estate, a leading real estate company in Dubai – Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), is seeking a dedicated HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about recruitment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet company needs.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and create job descriptions.
Maintain organized recruitment records and candidate databases.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment, ideally in the real estate sector.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and recruitment practices.
