Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to be the face of our center. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for wellness and beauty, and a strong aptitude for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries, and provide an exceptional first impression.
Scheduling: Manage appointments efficiently and ensure a smooth daily flow of operations.
Sales: Promote center services, explain packages, and upsell products to meet sales targets.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain client records, process payments, and manage front desk operations.
Professionalism: Represent the center with a polished appearance and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role (preferably in the beauty or wellness industry).
Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
A warm, friendly demeanor and a passion for helping clients feel their best.
