Description
We are looking for an Software/IT Support Executive to provide assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.
The responsibilities include ERP software support, Customer training, resolving network issues, provide immediate support via phone/ remote desktop connections.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 3,000 to 5,000.00 per month
Responsibilities
Technical support for our software and computer hardware/network issues.
Understand client issues and provide accurate solution of the problem.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
Qualifications
The candidate must have experience in supporting ERP modules such as Inventory, Procurement, and Finance
Min. two years’ experience in a professional IT work environment
Hands of experience in networking especially Fortinet Firewall.
To be qualified for this role, you should hold a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in computer engineering.
Must have UAE Valid Driving License
