supervisor to oversee daily operations inside the restaurant lounge and ensure that a distinguished service is provided to customers. The person responsible for managing the team will be inside the hall and ensuring compliance with quality and service standards.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Supervise all operations inside the restaurant lounge to ensure a distinguished customer experience.
Manage and direct the lounge staff (waiters, hosts, etc.).
Follow up on the implementation of quality and service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Solve any problems or complaints from clients in a professional way.
Supervising the arrangement and cleaning of the hall and ensuring that hygiene standards are maintained.
Submit daily reports to the administration on the performance of the hall and the team.
Training new employees and ensuring the development of team performance.
Requirements:
At least two years experience in managing or supervising a restaurant hall.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Pay attention to details and adhere to hygiene and quality standards.
Being in the United Arab Emirates.
