This is not a cold-calling position — all leads provided are pre-qualified, and the focus is on establishing meaningful connections with potential clients to showcase the value of our services.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Outreach:
Proactively contact potential clients (pre-qualified leads) to introduce and explain the benefits of our real estate lead generation services.
Build trust and establish strong relationships by understanding the client’s requirements
Present our services effectively and address any inquiries or concerns clients may have.
Convert potential clients into customers by demonstrating the value of our services.
Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Provide excellent post-conversions support and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with the teams to align strategies for better lead conversion.
Provide feedback to enhance the quality of leads and improve customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in telemarketing, or a similar sales role (experience in real estate is highly desirable).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Strong ability to engage, build rapport, and foster trust over the phone.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the real estate industry is an advantage.
