Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter and Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role requires a versatile individual with a strong understanding of both recruitment and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and benefits enrollment.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
Payroll:
Payroll Processing: Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Tax Administration: Calculate and remit federal, state, and local taxes.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll, benefits, and HR files.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in both recruitment and payroll.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail.
