Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Assistant Marketer to join our marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have experience using CRM systems, such as Zoho, SalesForce, property Finder, handling cameras, and capturing high-quality photos and videos plus editing for marketing purposes. You will work closely with our marketing team to support various campaigns, property listings, and social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns for real estate properties.
Use CRM systems to manage and update client information, track leads, and follow up on marketing activities.
Conduct professional photo and video shoots for property listings, including interior and exterior shots.
Edit and enhance photos and videos for use in marketing materials, social media, and websites.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and online listings.
Ensure all marketing materials are in line with the company’s branding and style guidelines.
Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Proficient in using cameras and photography/videography equipment.
Strong photo and video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or similar tools).
Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
