Roles and Responsibilities:
Machine Setup and Operation:
Set up and calibrate packing machines according to product specifications.
Operate machinery to package products efficiently and accurately.
Adjust settings to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
Quality Control:
Inspect packed products for defects, ensuring they meet company standards.
Identify and resolve any issues in packaging processes promptly.
Maintain consistent quality and packaging standards throughout production.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of packing machines.
Troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime.
Escalate major repair needs to the maintenance team.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Monitor the work area for safety hazards and report concerns immediately.
