We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Telemarketing Executive cum Customer Support Executive to join our team. The role combines telemarketing and customer service responsibilities to ensure excellent customer engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide solutions promptly.
Maintain a customer database and update records after each interaction.
Provide detailed information about products, services, and offers.
Assist customers in resolving complaints, issues, or queries effectively.
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly call and sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer support, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
