We are looking for a dynamic Junior Accounts and Audit Associate to join our team at Ledgerwell. This role is ideal for someone with 1 year of UAE experience in accounting or audit who is eager to develop their skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, attention to detail, and familiarity with financial software.Walk-in interviews
Responsibilities:
Process invoices, purchase orders, and financial transactions accurately.
Reconcile accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain the general ledger, post journal entries, and assist with generating financial reports.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in performing audit procedures, including testing and analysis.
Support senior team members during client engagements and prepare documentation.
Monitor and categorize expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in accounting or audit.
Proficiency in financial software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or Xero is a must.
Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Candidates with qualifications in CA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA will have an added advantage.
Effective communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information.
Visa Requirement: Must be on dependent Visa
