We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations with experience. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, assist with office management, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a strong ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Support:
preparing and organizing contracts, agreements, and documents for real estate transactions (e.g., purchase agreements, leasing contracts).
Maintain accurate records and files for property transactions, leases, and sales.
Update and maintain client databases and property listings.
Track the progress of real estate transactions, ensuring deadlines and paperwork are completed in a timely manner.
Marketing and Social Media:
Assist in marketing efforts, including preparing property listings for online platforms and print.
Create flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials for properties.
Manage social media accounts, promoting listings, open houses, and company news.
Financial and Administrative Support:
Process office expenses and assist with invoicing, receipts, and payments.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for meetings.
Maintain a filing system for real estate documents and transactions, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Real Estate Software Management:
Use real estate software systems (e.g., Propertyfinder, Dubai Brokers and Trakheesi ) to update and track listings, client interactions, and transaction progress.
