Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, promote products or services, and generate leads or sales. You will need to engage with customers effectively, handle objections, and provide accurate information, all while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential or existing customers to introduce products/services, explain their features, and promote offerings.
Lead Generation: Identify prospective clients and generate leads by following up on inquiries, cold-calling, and working with marketing teams to gather information.
Customer Engagement: Engage customers by listening actively, understanding their needs, and presenting relevant solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
Sales and Promotion: Achieve sales targets by promoting products and services effectively, handling objections, and closing sales over the phone.
Customer Support: Provide information and answer questions related to products, services, pricing, or promotions.
Database Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales.
