We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.
Responsibilities
Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document organization
Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism
Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Provide administrative support such as proofreading documents and correspondence
Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
Offer exceptional customer service to clients and guests
Skills
Proficient in calendar management and scheduling
Experience with Google Suite for office tasks
Strong organizational skills for effective file management
Ability to handle front desk responsibilities with excellent phone etiquette
Prior experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is a plus
Familiarity with providing quality customer service
