The ideal candidate will manage our online sales operations, primarily on platforms like Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce marketplaces. This role focuses on ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers, from product listing to order fulfillment, and requires a dynamic individual capable of adapting to a fast-paced digital retail environment.Walk-in interviews
Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Noon.
Process orders, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely delivery.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive ratings.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost online sales.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and stay updated on market trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations and meet business goals.
Preferred: Female candidates with prior e-commerce experience and IT knowledge.
