We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our medical/cosmetic clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk. They will manage appointments, assist patients with inquiries, and handle administrative tasks to support the clinic's smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with a professional and warm demeanor.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, procedures, and pricing.
Collect and maintain accurate patient information and records.
Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims (if applicable).
Coordinate with medical and cosmetic staff to ensure efficient operations.
Promote clinic services, packages, and offers to clients.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or cosmetic clinic.
Familiarity with clinic management software and office tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and customer service mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage a busy reception desk.
Knowledge of basic medical or cosmetic terminology is an advantage.
