The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in an Amer Center in Dubai, be fluent in English and Arabic, and possess exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills. This role is integral in providing outstanding support and service to customers while adhering to organizational standards.Walk-in interviews
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and professional customer service to clients at the Amer Center.
Assist customers with visa applications, renewal services, and other immigration-related inquiries.
Guide clients through service processes and ensure compliance with UAE government regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with tact and efficiency, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and expedite service delivery.
Stay updated on changes in policies, procedures, and services offered by the center.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of work experience in an Amer Center in Dubai.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds.
