We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT support, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.Walk-in interviews
Key Responsibilities:
Manage their web and software needs, or as part of an in-house IT department at a larger company to maintain laptops and desktops, back up information and troubleshoot glitches and other problems.
Improve the technical systems of a company to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization’s important files, and information remain safe and intact.
Excellent knowledge in SharePoint and MS Office.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for hardware and software.
Provide technical support to team members.
Audit system behaviour and monitor firewalls to protect sensitive information and uphold cybersecurity protocols.
Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
Implement security measures.
Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
Professional Qualification:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field with minimum 3 years of experience as IT Support Specialist.
High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
Time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time frame.
Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Keen attention to detail
Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
Education : Associate or Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Experience : Minimum 3 years (Preferred)
